The labour intensive process of manufacturing electrical transformers makes the offshore manufacture of custom windings a very attractive proposition. Custom Transformers have partnered with an off shore manufacturer to provide a cost effective and fast solution to satisfy UK OEM demand.

Established in 1988, our partner boasts an annual capacity in excess of 50 million pieces. With 10,000 sq meters of production flooring, lead-times can be as little as 3 weeks ex-factory.

Accredited to ISO9001:2000, our factory offers 100% testing of all transformer products prior to despatch and can also provide batch test analysis data for each shipment. Our manufacturing expertise ranges from surface mount telecoms 10/100BASE TX and ADSL products to wound ferrites, planar and switching transformers.

One of the benefits of our partnership is the ability to provide samples, usually within 2 weeks from submission of customers' specification. All samples are provided with full data sheet and test analysis results.
