The company was formed in Malmesbury in 1972 and now employs a dedicated team of 20, skilled in the design and manufacture of custom transformers and wound components . The company continues to provide customers with products and services built upon its founding principles:

Here at Custom Transformers our dedicated team manufacture over 4,000 electrical transformers and wound component items per week, since 1998 we've been under the helm of new Directors who remain as committed to our founding principles as ever before.

The company's continual investment in new plant and processing equipment, alongside regular reviews of production techniques ensures that a competitive market position is maintained to the benefit of all of our customers. This has continued with the building of a new factory in Easton Grey, built and designed around our founding principles
